Ⅰcharacteristics
Two-content 4030A/B
is a kind of room temperature
polyurethane
casting material, having no impregnant and volatile inside. It
forms glittering and translucent protective surface layer with
three-dimensional effect, which is about 1.5-2mm thick. This
product can be widely used in various scutcheons, nameplates as
well as decorations. After curing, it has excellent weathering
resistance and ultraviolet radiation resistance, fulfills the
strict material requirements of motor industry. It also can be
long used outside and won’t turn yellow more than 3 years.
Ⅱcomponents
4030A is
polyisocyanate, 4030B is polyalcohol, no matter curing by
machine or by hand, the products can meets customer’s requests
of different hardness, curing time and viscosity.

technics
Here the techinics
can be divides as manual curing and mechanical curing, the
former one cures long and solidifies slowly while the later one
cures short and solidifies fast.
1、manual
curing
a、
Keep 4030A/B in the room with the temperature of 15~25℃
and the humidity < 70% for 24 hours before use. 4030A may rime
in low temperature, please warm up till clear liquid
b、Put
scutcheons on the surface and fix with adhesive tape.
c、Clean
the dust and dirt on
scutcheons
d、Weigh
up 4030A/B correctly, the weight ration is 100: 55. chum up
adequately.
e、Pump
the air of mixture
f、Cure
on the surface of
scutcheons
g、Flow
the liquid all around the surface with needle, and perforate the
bubble
h、Put
the
scutcheons in the white room of 15-25℃
and humidity <70%
i、Solidify
in 24 hours
2、mechanical
curing
⑴
Keep 4030A/B in the room with the temperature
of 15~25℃
and the humidity < 70% for 96 hours before use, thus diseasing
the bubbles
⑵
Put pump respectively into 4030A and 4030B,
sealed and fixed, leave them still.
⑶
Put
scutcheons on the surface and fix with adhesive tape.
⑷
Clean the dust and dirt on
scutcheons
⑸
wash blender, pipe and casting pinhead with
dichloromethane
⑹
mix 4030A/B, eliminate bubbles from blender,
pipe and casting pinhead
⑺
cast on the surface of
scutcheons
⑻
Flow the liquid all around the surface with
needle, and perforate the bubble
⑼
Put the
scutcheons in the white room of 15-25℃
and humidity <70%
⑽
Solidify in 24 hours
